How long does it take to get test reports?
Most routine biochemistry assays, blood counts (CBP), lipid parameters, and thyroid panels are compiled
and authorized within 12 to 24 hours. Specialized cultures, histopathology, or genetic testing may take
48 to 72 hours.
How are my medical reports delivered?
For rapid and secure access, we send password-protected digital PDF reports directly to your registered
mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp, and to your email address. You may also collect a certified printed
report copy from our laboratory during working hours.
Do I need to fast before my blood draw?
Yes, specific diagnostic profiles (Fasting Plasma Glucose, Lipid Profile, wellness checkups) require 8
to 12 hours of absolute fasting. Drinking plain water is permitted. Please verify instructions with our
executive when booking.
